INTRODUCING INTENSE RIDER DIRECT

DECEMBER 4, 2017 -- TEMECULA, CA: Today, Intense Cycles announces “Intense Rider Direct” and the “Intense Rider Direct Network”, a new way of buying Intense bikes that provides the competitive pricing of a direct brand, with the service that only IBD brands can deliver.

The new model offers two ways to buy – the choice is yours. Either go online to our brand new website, or visit your local retailer. Whichever way you choose, you get the same amazing new price.

“Our bikes are the best they’ve ever been.” says Founder/Designer, Jeff Steber. “But the price tags were keeping them out of reach for a large majority of riders. We felt like we needed to find a way to bring prices down and at the same time, make sure bikes shops were involved to provide top service and a friendly atmosphere for Intense owners.”

Our new website has been completely redesigned and is loaded with all the information you need to choose the right bike for you, get technical support, find answers to your questions, and learn more about our company’s rich heritage.

Orders placed with Intense Cycles will be shipped directly to your front door, 95% assembled and complete with a custom accessory box that includes the specialty tools you need to finalize assembly. There is also a series of instructional videos, including an in-depth tutorial where Intense Factory Racing technical director, Chappy Fiene will guide you through each step of your final assembly process.

Local Bike Shop:

If you choose to buy from your local bike shop, you will get the same great new price as you would at our website, with no assembly required – the bike will be ready to ride, as always.

No matter what you choose, all Intense bikes come with the new accessory box and a limited service plan, free of charge through your local IBD.

“It was imperative for us to keep the dealer involved in commerce chain,” says Intense CEO, Andrew Herrick. “It should be important to all bike brands to support the IBD and help keep bike shops healthy and thriving, as they are the cornerstone of our industry.”
